THAT COUNTS
For most of her 25 years of corporate experience, Pat has focused on customer service
and training. During her 19-year career with Alliant Energy of Madison,Wisconsin, Pat gained a reputation for presenting quality,
interactive training, which she delivered to the sales, marketing, and customer service divisions at Alliant Energy. Pat left
Alliant Energy in 1999 to work for a consulting firm specializing in written communications training for businesses
throughout the Midwest.

In 2005, she
launched Pat Seidel Training & Consulting, LLC and serves an impressive list of clients, primarily in the Midwest and the Southeastern United States.
Pat has presented hundreds of workshops on writing and presenting for manufacturers, state service, utilities, healthcare,
financial, engineering, retail, insurance, and non-profit organizations. Several thousand employees have benefited from her interactive and entertaining workshops.
In college, she studied public speaking and English. She has completed advanced training in adult education theory
from the Boulder Center for Accelerated Learning, Boulder, Colorado and also from The Center for Accelerated Learning, Lake
Geneva, Wisconsin. She also holds numerous certificates in sales training.
Pat has held board positions for both
The American Society of Training and Development, Madison, Wisconsin and Habitat For Humanity, Dane County, Wisconsin. She
is a former mentor and coach for The Fresh Start Program in Madison, Wisconsin and a SHRM committee member for Workforce Readiness.
