Insurance Clients

Our employees gave you an A+ for your insightful instruction in teaching them how to write letters that are creative, friendly, and to the point. Your delivery allowed everyone to participate in a manner that made them feel they now have control over their writing skills. Most importantly, your approach made it easy and fun for our employees to learn in a fast way.

Non-profit Organizations

I have worked with Pat Seidel on corporate and non-profit projects for over ten years, from leadership of a non-profit board of directors to development and delivery of training programs. Pat's mastery of facilitating learning and her respect for her attendees shows in everything she does. Attendees consistently rate her high in both customer satisfaction and practical application of what they've learned. Pat is unfailingly professional - but you never leave a meeting with her without a smile on your face!

 Class Participants

Here's what I was able to put into action right away after attending Perfect Your Presentation:
  • Carefully analyze my audience for each class I teach
  • Consider time when constructing the body of my presentation
  • Remember to  greet my participants as they arrive
  • Use self evaluation in conjunction with participant evaluations to achieve my performance goals

After attending Email Essentials:  A Sensible Approach @Work, I went from over 700 emails in my inbox to 200 in a little over 2 days.  I am grateful for your class.  Now the "Email Monster" is under control and I actually do more coaching development of my direct reports.

Energy  Support  Providers

It's my pleasure to recommend Pat Seidel as an instructor.  Pat offered our staff an excellent training program which combined "Effective Business Letters" and "Managing Email  Madness" in a one day course.  We learned how to develop clear and concise letters and email when communicating with both internal and external customers.

Pat was truly in tune with her audience and maintained a high level of interest throughout the day with her varied training techniques.  Also, the give and take between Pat and the staff made it easy to offer ideas and hear other's suggestions.

The course objectives were definitely met and staff put the information they learned into practice the next day!

Association Seminars & Annual Conferences

Pat presented two of her programs at our annual  2009 education conference, each session held 250 - 300 attendees.  Her sessions were standing room only.  The topics were:  "Strategic Customer Service Letters" and "Email Essentials:  A Sensible Approach @ Work."

In every step of the planning process, Pat met our deadlines and provided very high quality work.  Her top priority was making sure that her presentations met the needs of our audience.  She definitely hit a homerun with that objective.  Pat was informative, funny, and connected with her audience.

Thank you, Pat, for all your hard work!

.................

I was able to attend Powerful Presentations:  What Every Presenter Needs to Know seminar given by Pat Seidel at our 2008 Fall Wisconsin Library Association Conference.  It was an outstanding workshop covering how to improve your presentations.  Pat gave detailed guidelines covering:  objectives, purpose, content, audience analysis, visual content, and openings to avoid.

This workshop was well received by everyone.  The room was filled to capacity.  Pat also was receptive to answer questions and stayed after to visit with librarians who had questions. I highly recommend this seminar.
